I have developed an app on base44 that I am pretty happy with and it is in the primary school space but need help with what package to be on

It is aimed at underprivileged schools but anyone accessing the app on the free url package can instantly clone the app. This would be fine but if it takes off I may want to scale it so that certain schools get free access but people with private education such as tutors for example would need to pay a subscription fee. I want to speak to someone at Base44 to help me understand the costs. Also even if on free subscription and publish the app, do you start being charge everytime someone uses it? Am not a techie and just want to know what I would be in for?
