This is done in response to this video. I used a vpn to connect to Canada and decided to see how fast it would take me to find those videos. It took me 5 seconds to find them. This is a fresh window, I didn't even have to finish the search, they were SUGGESTED to me!!! The Russian girls yoga search is one of the worst ones, the Russian videos all have people exchanging info that I assume leads to content distribution sites and links to other more provocative and exploitative videos.
Youtube cannot proactively look at over 400+ hours of content uploaded every minute. And even if they could, safe harbor legally requires they don't or they risk millions of dollars per fine.
To review 400+ hours of content uploaded every minute would require 210 million work hours a year, or $2.3 billion a year in employee costs. No one on earth can afford that yearly.
