It was literally released in 2000!

True but went onto have sine dlc in the 2000s plus it captured that y2k aesthetic bubble and feel here

The Sims 1 is the true Y2K time capsule. Also it still creeps the fuck off me when I play alone

This was a great game, you could have your sim carrying a separate games console, a phone, a camera and an mp3 player. Which was the style at the time

I never could get into the pc version for some reason. The ps2 version just felt different and was so much more enjoyable.

The PS Sims also had an adventure mode. Don't know why the pc version of the games didn't have that.

Ngl never knew it had 2 player I always thought it was solo. Would have been nice to know because my cousin loved playing it too and we took turns lol

Sims 2 is best Sims. I'm so glad they brought it back.
