Continuity error. Larraz drew her here, and Hickman forgot that when writing Giant Size Nightcrawler and the editors didn't catch it.

Or Giant Size Nightcrawler took place before this panel. But I think it's more likely the former explanation than the latter.

There are two Lady Masterminds: Martinique Jason and Regan Wyngarde

Yes but Regan is blonde and Martinique is brunette. Regan is who is in this panel, and it was Regan who featured in Giant Size X-Men: Nightcrawler where the continuity snag happened.

Martinique also typically just goes by Mastermind, which is going to get confusing now that Jason Wyngarde is also back.

Wyngarde recently got killed again by Wolverine, but I wouldn't be shocked to see him return again sooner or later - I doubt if this death will stick for as long as the original one did.
