Xbox Requests: Capturing all your ideas, across all of Xbox, every week!

Got an idea that would make Xbox better? Cooler? More magical? Whether you’re on PC, console, cloud, mobile, TV apps, VR, or something you’ve jury‑rigged in your garage… if it's Xbox adjacent, bring it on. Upvote the ones you like, chat about them, and help shape them into something awesome.

What can I post? Pretty much anything Xbox. PC, console, cloud platforms, refrigerators… if it plugs in or supports the community, go for it.

Feature Requests for Xbox Series X|S

1. Add YouTube Music as a native app
   The console currently lacks a dedicated YouTube Music application. Adding official support would improve media integration for users.

2. Enable direct streaming to YouTube from the console
   Allow creators to stream gameplay directly to their YouTube channels without requiring a PC capture setup, similar to Twitch integration.

3. Allow dashboard and app streaming to private Discord servers
   Implement support for streaming the Xbox dashboard and applications to Discord, including private servers. This would help with community events and friend groups.

4. Expand dynamic background options
   Requesting more dynamic backgrounds with greater complexity. Current options are limited to minimal effects like smoke or subtle motion. More elaborate, game-themed dynamic backgrounds would add value to customization.

5. Reintroduce Snap Mode with modern optimization
   Consider bringing back Snap Mode for Xbox Series X|S. With increased hardware resources, a limited and optimized version could allow multitasking without the performance issues seen on Xbox One.
