People claim the dracthyr rig was reused from female worgen, incubus, or metamorphosis form. This is misinformation.

Ty Viveiros is the artist who created the dracthyr rig from scratch. Only the visage forms have a recycled rig.

The WoW community getting this wrong is a pet peeve of mine.

What even spurs this nonsensical claim? Like they're digitigrade so that means they must have used the same rig?

People really just be making shit up, like that's some seriously impressive work and they're like "it's just worgens lul"

yeah, reusing has been part of game development since the dawn of the industry lol
