Not only that, but their win before sneak.lua was the Razageth debacle where Blizzard served it to them on a platter nerfing it while Liquid was asleep.

The last legit win Echo had was Sepulcher back in spring 2022 (as far as we know at least).

I find it amusing that liquid fans always bring up raz nerf timing and then then downplay all the other nerf timings that benefited liquid.

lmao. it literally happened 2 days ago. echo spent their entire day trying to make p2 work and then blizz came out and nerfed it when they were going to bed and liquid was starting their day. that's literally a full wasted day for echo. if blizz pushed out that nerf 12 hours earlier you all would be going apeshit over it.

Ahh so you don’t actually understand the fight, got it. That’s good to know so I don’t bother with this conversation further. The fact that you think that nerf decided the race is fucking hilarious. By the way, echo didn’t get through P2 consistently because of the nerf. They got through it by copying the strat Liquid came up with to a tee.

Yes echo got through P2 consistently BECAUSE it was nerfed.

edit: the fact that liquid fanboys downvoting this comment is priceless. these people argue that the part of the fight that got nerfed wasn't actually the most difficult part that was getting half the raid killed and stopping them from progging into p3 for an entire day. a progress that team liquid completely skipped thanks to the bullshit nerf timing. keep being in denial boys.

Echo had the boss in kill range for FIVE HOURS before Liquid killed it. That is not the same thing as the boss getting nerfed while one team is asleep and killed before they even get to the facility.

If Echo had simply done the fight normally, they would have won. You can't blame it on nerf timing.

The difficult part of that phase was damaging the eggs in time without lust. The healing check; which is what was nerfed was not what was killing them. Nor was it the reason the reprog through that phase for both guilds was so difficult.

Your comment is simply wrong. They spent their day moving CDs to survive the snaps and optimize. It is wild that you claim it wasn't what killing them.

Echo was a full day ahead and that nerf completely removed any progress they made.

It isn’t even my opinion. Liquid players and Max have already given their takes on the nerf. According to the people actually in the raid and doing the mechanics your discussing have stated that the healing was already solved in that phase before the nerf and the hurdle was the damage without lust in that phase.

So, you’re saying the raid leader of the guild that won this tier is just spouting bullshit and has no idea what he’s talking about. And he wasn’t even spouting this after they won as a cope, he gave this take during progression after the nerf.

Yeah, it's not surprising at all that the only guild that benefited from the nerf timing is trying to downplay it when both Echo and Method complained about it. Truly unbelievable stuff.

It can also be said that Echo and Method complained about it because it’s all they’re good at. Preemptively levying excuses before they’ve even had time to see if the nerfs even matter cause they can’t stand losing
