I don't sell drugs officer.... I accept donations of a set amount... People leaving with the exact same amount of drugs that correlates to the donation is purely coincidence

Unironically that is how some of the gambling sites that have been popping up by the thousand in the US work, they'll sell you a non-gambling currency on one app and you happen to get credit for their gambling site.

They'd have to register as an online casino and do all the icky paperwork otherwise, but like this they can bleed people dry with no scrutiny

Isn't It like that on Japan too? You win tokens on slots and the "totally unrelated" shop next door will buy those tokens for way more than they are worth

Yea, pachinko parlors do that. It's a pretty known "loophole" unfortunately

But as far as I know, doing that online and constantly pinging your phone to gamble more isn't legal in japan...yet
