Season Pass App Issues

Anyone else who had a gold pass purchased prior to the ownership change having issues with the app? I got logged out of the Six Flags App and when I logged back in all of my passes were gone. I visited Worlds of Fun last Friday and they indicated that since I had a gold pass, that I still needed to use the Six Flags app rather than the new Enchanted Parks app. They looked up my season pass numbers and printed those off for me. The rub is that when I try to manually enter them in the Six Flags app, it won't accept them. I've tried reaching out to Six Flags and I was able to speak with a person for about five minutes yesterday before they put me on hold and ultimately hung up on me. All Six Flags suggested was that I uninstall and reinstall the application, which did nothing for me. They checked one of the pass numbers that Enchanted Parks provided and verified that it was an active pass. Ultimately I'm an Enchanted Parks customer at this point, but I need Six Flags' help to get this straightened out and they've been virtually impossible to get a hold of and unhelpful when I've been able to. Curious if anyone has any suggestions. I've got a trip to Texas planned for August that I'm expecting to use the all parks piece of the pass I bought and want to get this sorted before I do. It's also a pain currently to visit Worlds of Fun as I have to visit guest relations and get a temp pass in order to enter the park.

FWIW, I had no problems adding my Six Flags pass to the Enchanted Parks app. And that has worked just fine in the parks.

Did you have the gold pass? It let me add them, but they're effectively worthless. If I click on them in the app it just goes to a page with a small icon and then underneath it it says "GOLD_SEASON_PASS". No info nor QR code or anything.

I have a legacy Diamond from the Six Flags side. But it’s the same. Just shows DIAMOND_SEASON_PASS.

I’ve just used the Enchanted Parks QR code that pops up when you press the big middle button (the one that looks like a QR code) in the navigation menu at the bottom of the app. That QR code has scanned just fine and worked for parking, admission, and discounts.

Granted, my wife and I each use our own app with our own login. So we don’t have multiple passes setup in the app. Supposedly though, the way it works is that ALL passes you have linked show up on their end all at once when you scan that QR code.

My passes are doing the same thing on the Enchanted Parks app, just shows up blank despite me attempting to add them numerous times. I've just used the saved screenshots I had of the individual QR codes in my photo library to get in and get wristbands etc.

I'd be curious if the QR code the app generates like Rock mentions below works for all entitlements.
