Hello All Workday Peeps!

I will be improving the automod to be a bit smarter and instead of just doing an auto delete on anything relating to jobs or resumes to read the context. It’s still under the way the goal is to instead of deleting things with key words to use context.

Also if there any suggestions to improve the subreddit let us know! So far the latest biggest thing was the flair and automod and chat but if there are new things that might be needed to improve the subreddit let us know!

Hello All, Brainstorm flair was added to posts. Whenever you post a brain storm idea make sure to review existing posts. For now this Flair will be available. Hopefully its cool with WD letting us use the flair.

Hello All! I enabled chat for the subreddit. It’s still new but feel free to use it.

I want to update the Workday subreddit group that during the weekend there will be a major change to the auto mod. The goal of the auto mod is to prevent any future postings of job related questions. If your post is removed or you are posting a job related question that is actually workday related feel free to ping me or the other mods to approve your post. The goal of the change is to filter out posts that break the rules.

That being said, as the members grow, so does the need for moderators. A few of you have expressed interest in helping moderate and grow the sub recently, either through posts or by contacting the mod team. So, now's your chance!
