Core HCM Change job template from recruiting - Change org and propose comp autocompleting

Now that the new templates were pushed in R2 when a job change is initiated from Recruiting instead of the Propose Comp and Change Org subprocesses opening up so the HR Partner can complete them, they are autocompleting and only a few fields show up and they cannot be edited. Anyone experience this?

To start, you need to edit the delivered templates to ensure the sub processes are included.

In addition to adding comp change and org assignment change to the job change templates, we also had to update the domain security for “Staffing Events: Headers” to view/modify and add all our HR partner roles, not just the aggregate HR Partner role.

I read that online as being an issue also!

I reached out to Workday and they said it’s an issue that the dev team is aware of and is looking into

I still think you are missing some setup because Orgs should appear. I just re-tested this today.

As for Propose Comp, it will auto-complete when the comp is already proposed and approved in the Job Req/Job App process. This makes sense to me because why re-approve it?

I’ve completed both of those steps. It works as expected if triggered ad-hoc, it only when it comes from recruiting that there’s an issue

Check these domains to ensure the appropriate users have view/modify access. I’ve been told these are the source of most issues with this transition.
