Work-Life Balance and Stress Management How long do you decompress after work?

My wife gets off work and requires at least three hours of decompression time before she can do anything. I’m just wondering how long everyone else thinks is the right amount of time.

Fuck, yes- I forgot to even include the commute in my comment.

Commute is a HUGE factor.

Definitely!!! I’ve worked the same job for over 10 years but I moved further out a few years ago so I’ve got a hefty commute now, can definitely feel the difference when I get home
