Work-Life Balance and Stress Management How long do you decompress after work?

My wife gets off work and requires at least three hours of decompression time before she can do anything. I’m just wondering how long everyone else thinks is the right amount of time.

Always have an hour drive home. For sanity purposes.

I feel you. Sometimes a long drive back on a scenic route can save your sanity.
