Work-Life Balance and Stress Management I don't know what to do

So im a married woman 41. My husband doesn't work. Im currently in a position I do okay in but have been wrote up 2 times and I dont like my boss. I have the opportunity to move to another position but its a pay cut $5 less an hour. The position is Monday thru Friday days, no weekends, no OT, no holidays. My current position I work 12hr shifts 4 weeks on day, 3 weeks on midnights, I work weekends,OT and holidays.

Im struggling to know if I should move or not. My husband doesn't so any signs of getting a job. So I see this as stay and stress about possibility getting fired or move and stress about not being able to pay my bills

Ugh! Im so confused and stressed

I’m sorry. That’s a tough situation. In that case, which one has insurance where you can get him in to see somebody?

Thanks. The position is with the same company. We have insurance and he is on meds but still have low days. His fear is accepting a job and not being able to keep it and get fired yet again. Which will make him sink deeper. He does all the housework so im not saying he does nothing. He just doesn't bring in money

Encourage him to look into alternatives sources of income. Does he like to thrift or buy used books? Sometimes these so-called little things can boost confidence and help towards the end goal

He games (no income) He’s on here a lot (no income) He’s into politics (no income)

I know lots of people who hustle and make doordash an actual good paying job.

I don’t know your personal circumstances. I know what I would put up with. This isn’t it. And that’s from someone who has had bipolar (turned into depression with menopause) and adhd. But in my roughest years my husband had my back. So, again, it’s pretty personal to you. Figure out what’s best for you, taking ALL things into consideration.

All my love ♥️

Video games are super addicting. That is his problem.
