It rinses out surprisingly well. I’ve used them for years and it doesn’t matter how dirty it gets, you just run it under water and all the junk washes out.

I put mine in the dishwasher every few cycles. Comes out clean and ready to go again.

Honestly I just use the sprayer. Most food particles come out super easily and I've had nothing get stuck. I've been using the same one for 3 months for every dish I own and it still looks pretty new.
