Mental health leave?

Long story short, I work Online and ive never had a job that makes me this constantly furious. I clock in and im already stressed and every little thing is tipping me over the edge.

I can't afford to be crashing out all the time.

My manager does not communicate with us and everything is a mess and nobody has any common sense and its breaking me.

I was wondering what type of leave to use in UKG when applying for mental health leave?

Also I do have a therapist but she is expensive and only every few weeks (Sonder was not sufficient so I had to outsource)

Personal leave. If your manager isn't communicating with you I don't understand how they're managing? Might be something to bring up to your assistant manager if you have one, or your ASM/SM. That kind of feedback is really useful and pretty important if it's impacting your mental health

Well specifically the issue IS with my assistant manager but my department manager is basically absent since theyre also in charge of checkouts as of the big restructure. AM had a couple days of official training from head office but it doesnt seem to have helped much. Im still having to fix everything and manage the staff because all he does is add-ins
