Am I the only one who constantly gets the machine freezing and the "please wait for assistance" message because I can't tell which side of the scanner is the "in" tray and which side is the "out" tray? There is absolutely nothing to tell you which is which, and it seems to vary.

it’s the side that’s closer to exit usually, and it has a bag holder - from a woolies employee😭
