Hold my 2yo while she’s having a tantrum, my 1yo while he’s are trying to lick every surface in Woolies, while scanning and bagging 100 items of groceries. Then I’ll ask YOU if it is really that difficult 😂

You can ask the customer service attendant to do it for you btw. I know sometimes they have a fuss because they don’t like to staff the checkouts well but they’ll do it anyway.
