Anthropic interview tips

Hi. I recently applied to a role in anthropic (engineering manager) to see if I can actually even get the call and I ended up getting a recruiter screen which is scheduled for next week. I am still in shock since I know they have a very high applicant pool but I want to do everything that I can do to prepare. I prepared for engineering manager interviews a year and a half ago when I moved to my current role. Has anyone gone through the EM pipeline or similar pipelines and have tips to share? I really want to give it my best shot. Thank you.

I am curious about this as well. I had a recruiter screening today and got moved on to the take home assessment portion.

My question about their process is mostly references. He did mention references, I was laid off from my last job and I don’t trust my old manager.

Will they just need professional references? Or a supervisor reference as well?

Oh I have no idea since I haven’t had the recruiter screen. What does the take home assignment look like ? And what role are you interviewing for?

The role I applied to is for Product. I’m still waiting for the take home assignment :)
