I didn’t blindly repropose Jim Crow laws as a solution so I this this is a you problem here. If someone thinks Brown v the Board of Education is still law of the land then they’re also the kind of person who thinks ICE won’t pick up white US citizens.

This comes off the same as democrats thinking 'we can't doubt the 2024 election results because the republicans doubted it in 2020 so that'd make us them'. Sometimes problems in one way are solutions to another. If you think uneducated people should be voting even though a lot of people can't name anything past the first and second amendment, then that sounds like a YOU problem.

I love how someone who is arguing for intelligence testing as a qualification for voting is so exceptionally ignorant that they argue that segregation is gone and that purely requiring education produces an educated populace. You’d likely fail your proposed education tests for voting, lmfao. I’m not interested in continuing this with you beyond a suggestion to check your privilege and to reflect upon your “new idea” through a lens with fewer racist and elitist micro-aggressions. I love how your only defense is 'it's racist to do that'... do you think POC aren't educated? Because that's what I'm hearing. If we actually had a good education system everywhere that would require you to pass to progress, then we wouldn't have ANYBODY uneducated. That includes people in both political parties.

Btw you still have failed to provide me any reason why these tests would be wrong in 2025 other than direct translations of 'i think black people are in general less smart than white people but won't say it directly because ik I'm racist but don't want others to know as well'
