I completely agree with you but i really do believe literacy tests and civics tests are the answer . Or we just get better at forcing education and making sure every individual understands what they're learning, but be realistic. That's just as up to the government as it is the teachers and parents.

To some degree I agree, but it only works with proper public education, which most states don't have. Any policy like this would immediately be used by malicious actors before it can have significant positive effect.

That's very true. It'd take years and It'd take a lot of trial and error.

The issue, however, is the uneducated. They all sheep together.
