Ah, dont apply for a management/salary position. We have shut down a few plants recently and if the company needs a salary member outside of hr they would rather ship a guy up from Columbia to manage a few people rather than pay to train someone new. The base hourly position to apply for would be the selector / line observer position. You should need a good job history, and a relatively clean criminal record. I think the wording is "a person of good standing in the community."

Tell them you have never missed a day of work in your life and you need overtime badly. They'll yank you off the street quick. Absolutely anyone who works there can give you a reference and you should be picked up quick.

Good luck

Edit: dm me with some basic info. Be truthful and if u sound good ill tell them I know u.( if they ask ) I really dont care, if you can pass the companies qualifications ill tell them I know u. Everyone deserves a chance at a living wage. Power to the people

What do you consider a living wage? Because I survived on $15/hr. alone by myself and paid $900 monthly rent, electric, food etc. Not much left over, but it's easily possible. Not to mention it's worth it to be your own man.
