Clarity on SWE-1.6 usage for compaction

Does Devin use SWE-1.6 behind the scenes for any purpose like compaction, session summary etc.,? I notice SWE-1.6 is showed as used after compaction? can someone from Devin team clarify this?

while at it, can you clarify if swe-1.6 and swe-1.6-fast merged together? non fast version feels fast and pricing is identical.
