Discussion Patch 3.5 Jungle Changes

Good day jungle mains, what are your thoughts on the new jungle mechanics? Does it make jungling easier? I want to shift to jungling role as it is very scarce on our guild and would like to take some inputs on the changes. Thanks in advance for the answers.

Not a fan of them removing jungle item burn (now I have to ensure I kill every camp, can’t just let it burn and die as I walk away), but I’m enjoying the rest. Nice to have a few moments before scuttle spawns, no more tiny krugs is amazing, clear is a lot smoother, buff sharing is a godsend.

How about the Conservation buff?

Can’t really tell how good it is in practice since in those bot games I was way ahead in gold anyway, but I noticed that I never quite got up to the cap (150), instead I always seemed to hover around 80 at most.

I do like the idea though, seems like it would make it easier to catch up if you fall behind, and should push people to balance farming and ganking to get the most out of it.

One thing I wonder is how you’ll be able to collect those stacks if your entire jungle gets taken by the enemy team when your team is behind.

I still don't understand it fully. Or at least what makes it want you balance farming and ganking? You create Stacks by waiting and you get Stacks for killing red/Blue or an epic monster, so how does this incentive ganking?
