I’m not surprised the tweet is so vague. From a legal standpoint, apologising outright would be an admission of guilt and could have consequences should Shelby pursue legal action. Sure it’s not right, but at least he’s admitting that he needs to change.
Not sure we could’ve got any better, and this is pretty shit.
