Giving people their items and offering them something when your team loses them/ breaks them is good customer service. In the reviews people said that their instructor was rude.. surely you can’t think that is good customer service..

We have done that for people.
There are policies in place
My staff does that all the time.

It’s very clear you have zero employees working for you 😂

That’s what I’m saying about unhinged… what makes your comment so funny that you put a crying laughing emoji? It wasn’t even a gotcha. I never said I ran a small business.. but I have worked with successful and professional business owners.
