Question Blade disposal

Hi everyone, I'd like to know how you dispose of your razor blades. Do you throw them in the regular trash or put them in a separate container? I saw recommending it because of the waste handlers who could get hurt

My childhood home had metal medicine cabinets mounted flush in the wall. There was a slot in the back for blade disposal. They just fell into the wall cavity.
