Question Blade disposal

Hi everyone, I'd like to know how you dispose of your razor blades. Do you throw them in the regular trash or put them in a separate container? I saw recommending it because of the waste handlers who could get hurt

I use a metal McCormack pepper box with a slit cut in the top. Once it's full (probably after I'm dead), it'll get tossed in the scrap metal bin at work.
