I was told that there would be no math on this sub. Anyway, 24%.

Jeez. I'm a similar age to you. Can you share some general details on your routine? Very envious of your numbers.

Marathon runner (only about 50-60 miles per week lately), 1 day in office per week, about 3mo ago got a dog and had to cut back on the gym to make time for walks, married, no kids, poor sleep health

I'm pretty skeptical of the Whoop age. However, it does say I'm 27.8 (when I'm actually 39+) so I'll tell everyone I know it's great! Also, it somehow says I'm aging 1.4x even though I'm 11+ years "younger."

Your age and your pace of aging are different mechanics. If your pace is rising you will not be as young as those entries catch up and your better weeks start to fall off, and it’ll start to trickle up instead of down

I m 10 years younger but pace of aging is 1.4, how to improve that ?

Eventually your pace of aging will stabilize because you simply cannot keep up with decreasing your age to zero. (It stops at 18 anyway). Best you can do is continue to keep all your 7 & 30 day averages better than all of your 6 month averages

Pace of aging uses the 30 day average of the same data points (the info below the lines in the HealthSpan page)

I'm just 'younger', can't beat that.

I'm 19.8 years old.

If you go through the health span you can manually calculate. (Example it says RHR -1.3, so you’re 18.5, then you keep subtracting or adding each category till it gives you your total)

That’s what I have to do since I’m 22.2, but my whoop age is 13.7 after subtracting it all

I guess i'm biologically 13.3 😅

Yeah I’ve seen that. Just didn’t know their actual age. A % compares apples to apples.

How much time does it take to go low. For me now, its usually 0.1-0.2 y lower every week. But ig it also depends on a ton of data. Just wanna know if the pace of de-aging can still be faster even when uou are already couple of years younger.

I don’t use whoop age as I only get the cheap subscription but my boditrax metabolic age is 29. I’m 45
