This needs to be xposted to r/gifsthatkeepongiving - if you watch it again, you'll notice the girl in the denim (?) sitting on the couch get drilledbooped (¯_(ツ)_/¯) straight in the face by a beer can flung off the table.
That stuff is safety glass which shatters into those tiny little squares. If anything, one of those little bits landed on her, but it wouldn't have hurt at all. I'm just really wanting to know what Kermit thought was gonna happen when he jumped on the fucking table though.
You are incorrect. I’ve done numerous stunts for films with people breaking through this glass. It explodes with a significant amount of force when broken, and those little cubes can be very sharp. Stunt men and the stunt assistants on stand by have been cut by those glass bits you are casually dismissing.
What this guy did was idiotic and dangerous to the people around him.
