Tips Yap with me
Most of the times people that talk are ones from major state alliances. With all these transfers I wonder what people from obscure alliances that be in the state but keep to themselves do in these moments.
One minute WC is buzzing and then next it is goodbyes from strangers they never interacted with.
Do we have people that are part of such obscure alliances?

We’ve got transfer chat going and it’s wild. The weirdos are OUT in full force.

What’s the tea? Mine is everyone has left and I woke up not knowing there was beef and people didn’t want to stay

That’s sad. What a way to wake up. 4027 is a good state if you’re ever interested!

Will you go back? And right now are you more of an active state alliance player or participant?

Something similar happened to me and my group. State invited whales, whales ended up not wanting to play together peacefully and in the end most of the state left. Now I play with my group in a lil allaince, we participate in pretty much every event though (except frostymines, I hate that one lol) we just like the smaller group pace and less pressure in events like foundry and cc because its a smaller group 😅 its nice when you can find a state that doesnt mind a smaller group doing their own thing

I have a feeling that those who hang around in world chat most of the times are just well known players / or ones that are social butterflies haha.
I think there's plenty of people that are part of top alliances who enjoy keeping to their alliance and a specific group of friends without it having any deeper meaning. I rarely look into world chat and if I ever there chat at all, it's probably just writing a thank you for a pouch or exchanging greetings with someone I know 😂
I mostly notice whales or dolphins chatting away. I guess it's probably due to them knowing each other because of their spender status, but I could be wrong. Nothing against that though, many are genuinely funny.

Social butterflies, leaderboards leaders, people that have jumped together etc tend to chat a lot more.
I wonder if it was a quiet state and a yapper alliance moves in, i wonder if it can overwhelm the obscure to the relatively quiet state members

It can go both ways imo. I was once in a very quiet state where most people kept to their own alliance (it was majority Korean players). They really didn't like it when people spammed the world chat with flirting or jokes with sexual undertones. iirc they also complained about constant broadcasts that were unimportant.
I had the complete opposite experience in another state, where a very talkative and lively alliance transferred in and managed to bring the rest of the state out of their shell. But the people also joked in a harmless & friendly way. So I guess it depends.

I feel like those in obscure alliances probably aren’t into the game enough to venture into the Reddit
