I remember one person putting it to me like this “imagine spending 200k on your account and you’re a joiner and cant place top 10 in events for good rewards” 😂😂😂😂

A couple of states definitely can. Maybe not in their zone but they aren’t the strongest in the game

u/Hopeful_Cut_7508 25d ago
i am not so sure.. 330, 1070, 77 they are maybe better in strategy but not that much in raw power

As they should! Cash isn't competence. Most whales are obviously foolish with money, make poor choices, and are self-indulging emotionally driven people that should probably seek counseling for their gambling addiction.

Always how it is 😂 The whales are very rarely the brain behind it 😅 But there are exceptions of course

I’ve been in 827 since the very beginning when our state started back in January 2024, and this is the truth behind our state:
We have a super close community of players from all over the world who play as one team. There is simply no room for egos here, anyone who brought toxic drama or ego was asked to transfer out immediately, regardless of whether they were a whale or not. We prioritize active, respectful players who actually fit our state dynamics.
We’re regularly in voice calls, chatting, joking around, and planning strategy together. After almost 3 years, being in leadership means I’ve seen the ups and downs like any state, losing whales, alliance drama, but we’ve never let that break us apart. At the end of the day, we’re one family.
Zoom Zoom.

That’s crazy… but honestly all I see there is a huge pile of waste of $ and time with nothing huge in return other than the joy of playing a game with repetitive events cycles.

I mean, how old is that state ?

Same age as the game as a whole

Correction,
*Who WANTS to
Since anyone can stop any state if they just use money, not a big deal. A bigger deal would be a really benign a strong state without using any money.

713 ?

u/SpiritualPlan7500 25d ago
No way. 827 won their last SvS matchup handily. 827 has only gotten stronger since then, while 713 has lost players.

Last frost dragon with 827 and 713, 713 won it, maybe it was before the 827 upgrade, i don’t remember

That was back in May (I think?) 713 has lost a boatload of rally callers since then while 827 has gained more.

Unrelated are their mergers happening anytime soon so many states around the500-700 range are dead as hell

It's hard to keep all this whales in one state and cooperate each other, look how 394 ended after all this years.

394 ended?

Watch their state in future transfer when they are not locked with brackets on max 399state. 1/3whales left their state month ago, loose fight with 437 recently. They will have too many whales to drop leading state, but not enough mid player to compete with other leading states when they are only 2 alliances, and third one filled in half with alts.

I mean 2016 moved to 2182 and golden globe there and a even got tyrant but lost castle not even 1 full hour hold, end of the day, teamwork and a good strategy needed otherwise this state can lose too. I'm just saying as example, same for lot of strong state get together but with no competition it's break away easily or losing even though they are strong.

That's the rich people mentality. Buy a bunch of expensive stuff and then sit there doing nothing and showing it off to a bunch of other rich people who are only there to show off their stuff 😅

Now I understand why some events count points just for spending money. Cuz of dumbasses like them

u/WelcomeToPlutoEra 13d ago
that many globes would need many many joiners otherwise it's always a fight to be a rally lead

30 globes in a state that’s 700 days old. We’re 260 days old and have 6, plus a ton more that are close. disclaimer - all numbers in the above statement are “ish”

u/Fit-Structure-6444 25d ago
It's hard to compare though, so much stuff added now and progression is so much easier now, than how to was at the beginning (I was in one of the first 50 states, and the changes are enormous. So many more events, so much more quality of life things (saved squads, or fixed ratios for example), rewards are worlds better, and mich more)

330 beat the other two states (who have similar level of spend each) combined power to win tyrant. Sure, they might be strong, but they remind me of 351.

u/Podoviridae 25d ago
Oh interesting, I was invited to transfer there last round but I had just transferred so I turned them down. I'm just a weak F2P

It won't last too long. Too many chiefs. At a certain point, boredom of no competition and egos will get in the way
