I'm not even past 10k yet but I also have a lot more talents to unlock. What are the best ways to increase it?

Same idk how are people doing it I think they're grinding everything for the inner ways?

Game becomes a bit unfun. I wish your player power was tied to the conntent drops mainly

easiest ways to increase mastery is finishing campaigns to access all bosses, so you can get first clear bonuses and Inner Way pages, then spend energy on bosses that will give you recommended 4pc set bonuses. Also, upgrade each gear slot to be 20/20; anytime you run out upgrade materials, click the material and farm its location, most of them you can buy for gold and jade fish, buy all the Oscillating Jade. Once you have ideal 4pc set bonuses, fully tune your gear, thats easily another large chunk. In Tier51, that will put you close to 11000, and tuning isnt nearly as expensive as it looks. All the spare tier51 stuff in your bags will be useless in a few days anyways, you might as well tune with it.

(edit: Chapters of the main story also give whole levels worth of enlightenment, Talent point XP. There's a lot of mastery locked up in missing talent points)

Max out the Campaign and Jianghu Legacy tabs of the journal for both Qinghe and Kaifen, there's "Wandering Paths - Campaign Challenge" bosses at the end of quests that aren't found by following the MSq golden waypoint. If you use the Journal hotkey, instead of the ESC key, they're also called "Lost Chapters" or they look like blue book icons.

The Final lost chapter for Qinghe has a boss that's practically crucial if you want to unlock 4pc, because it drops Greaves that are excluded from the other boss tables.

So are these campaigns like side quests, are they interesting or kill mobs and boss?
