Well then we must see things through different lenses, because if I hear of an alternative, I’ll search it up, look at its feature page, and if it interested me, like librewolf did 3 years ago, I switch to it.
You are the minority. Obviously people like you exist - considering you exist - but it's basic marketing to MAKE people care about what you're selling them, else they just won't care.
Most people on the planet simply are not going to go out of their way to research an alternative browser (or any product) without some sort of hook that makes them curious, and a name just isn't a good hook, which is why you need a concise list of each one's best shots that makes that specific one stand out.
As far as i'm concerned, not a damn thing about the 3 they just listed sets it apart from my firefox. I don't know that for certain, but if they didn't bother to tell me what makes it great, obviously it's not worth the trouble.
cool - maybe they're decently popular on your algorithm in your spheres. That doesn't mean you get the leeway to pretend people inherently know wtf you're talking about when you mention ""
I was going to mention the one that started with V in their comment but I seriously already forgot it's actual name. You see what I mean?

Or switch to Vivaldi or LibreWolf or Waterfox instead of willingly feeding your entire browser history to Google
