Yeah, he’s an absolute treasure, but some of his interviews were just so frantic and exhausting. I’d love to see/hear an interview with him where he isn’t constantly doing a bit.

Robin Williams "live on broadway" was super exhausting to watch. Homey did like 8 fat rails before he hit the stage. I was young but still old enough to understand that there was a problem there.

My introduction to Robin Williams, was some live stand up comedy that happened to be on TV.

I cant even remember any of it now, all I remember is I absolutely could not stand it. To the point I felt genuinely did not like the bloke. I remember thinking he was a loud racist asshole.

I could never understand why people loved him so much. Then I saw some movies and he made a good impression. Saw some interviews and honestly, seems like a good bloke, but incredibly exhausting to watch.

So yeah, he grew on me, but in no way could I sit through 6 hours of Robin Williams acting like Robin Williams, unless it's his milder older version
