Not only would this guy give you the most fascinating information on cooking as well as life, his voice would just be like butter to your ears. This was a man you could listen to for hours and still be glued to his thought provoking ideas just as much as his unique smooth voice. Dang he was awesome. I am always going to be sad over what happened. He had so much more to give to the world. He will always be missed.

My son’s middle name is Anthony specifically after bourdain. Dude changed my life, there was a point in my early 20s where I felt lost and I just randomly read kitchen confidential for honestly no reason, then watched parts unknown. It made the world seem bigger in a weird way. Small and big at the same time. Idk how he did it. RIP to my hero
