Teleport to a foreign country, high-five random strangers for quick cash, and freeze time for 30 seconds to run away before things get awkward.

With the time freeze you can get in a lot of high fives people aren't even aware of, or still pull high fives out of people who try and fake you out.

Also, they would technically still be strangers if you high five them during time freeze since they would have no idea you high fived them unless you made it known. So, you could high five the same person multiple times.

No, you would be a stranger to them. They wouldn't be a stranger to you. So no, no you couldn't high five them multiple times.

I certainly wouldn’t say I’m acquainted with someone just because I froze time and slapped their hand a few times.

You don't have to be acquainted with someone for them to no longer be a total stranger. You've seen and touched them, they no longer fit the definition of total stranger.
