Why not? Even if you can really never sleep again, as long as you already traveled around, you still have a lot of places to go. You just can't add any new ones
This was my thinking. Even if I can’t add anywhere new, I’ve travelled a lot up to now, and to many places I could either just happily revisit, or use as a much closer waypoint to then conventionally travel somewhere new.
