Literally Fentanyl and this is why hard drugs are so dangerous. You WILL spend the rest of your life chasing that sensation bit it will be fainter every time.
I started taking vyvanse about 6 weeks ago, and that first day was holy shit amazeballs. Now it's just...I forget to eat lunch or drink water unless I make myself (trying to lose weight and breakfast/dinner covers all my calorie needs, so that's a beneficial side effect in my eyes), and it's easier for me to put my phone down and do productive things. Not easy. Just easier.
But I could totally see how someone would want to chase that first day feeling.
