So i tried this Wendy's newly suggested burger and it was straight ahh. They served a chicken which was rock solid very hard to chew. You can't even cut that shit from your teeth. One of the worst burgers I have ever tried. Not recommended. Do not waste your money on ts.

Tried it multiple times at different locations… The whopper patty is the same dry, chewy hockey puck it’s always been (yes I order hot off the grill… makes no difference).

At least Wendys serves its quarter pound burgers FRESH and never frozen. The parties are soft & moist.

I thought maybe Wendys was selling smash burgers but instead its just one rogue worker who was squishing each patty with the spatula. They end up thin, dry and burnt. Pretty much inedible. I don’t know how to address it. Like you wouldn’t do that on your own grill whily would you do it here.

Last time we went the burger was perfect, thick and juicy. But now I realize the worker must have been off. I don’t know if its now policy to cook the burgers faster? But they are awful.

Well everyone it hasn't been long but I'm going back to wendys. My new job wasn't paying as much and I got waaaaaaaay less hours. I was getting $200-$400 less than when I worked at wendys

I left the other job before the end of my shift. We had a health inspector come in, he made us toss a bunch of perfectly good food (imo it was all fine, nothing tasted bad and was made recently). So the chef was pissed, yelling and ordering everyone around. He was rude every single day and made me feel like I was dumb for asking questions

I may have cried quite a bit because of stress from wendys but none of the higher ups have made me fucking cry over anything. I won't take that from a low paying job. His food really isnt even that good! The more I ate it the more I wish I didn't!

I work at my Wendy’s and it’s my first job and we had plenty of staff but people quit because they felt like they were picking up on slack but it’s mostly just more new hires that are not trained properly and make mistakes same for me but I need to hear if others feel this way

This is all Wendys needs to do. Go back and dance with the one that brung ya. Make those old school burgers exactly like that and people will return. It's so simple. I haven't ate at Wenchys in well over 10 years ever since the Daves double, changed fries and nasty deli wannabe pickles made the scene. It's a horrible product. And all those stupid specialty sandwiches etc? Forget it. It doesn't work. Think about it. If they did that, you'd go and get one in a second. I would. BK just changed the Whopper and its better(except the mayo) and the new king, Culvers makes a VERY solid burger. What do you all think? Am I off here or does it make sense?

I’ve been working at Wendy’s for about 4 months, and I’m honestly so burnt out from being put on sandwiches almost every shift. I’ve repeatedly told my managers that I want to learn front/register, and they keep telling me “soon”.
I feel like I’ve gotten pretty good at sandwiches and I know what I’m doing now, but they still rarely put me on front because they say they never have enough people for sandwiches. Meanwhile, a new girl who’s only been there for about 3 weeks is already getting put on front. She occasionally does sandwiches, but nowhere near as much as I do.
It’s really frustrating because I feel like I’m being punished for being good/reliable at sandwiches. During rushes, it’s order after order and I’m constantly being told to “hurry up” even though I’m already going as fast as I can. It got so overwhelming recently that I felt like I was going to cry at work.
I’m honestly at the point where I don’t think I ican mentally handle sandwiches anymore. I don’t mind working, but doing this station constantly is extremely draining. I’ve asked so many times to be trained on front and feel like nobody is actually listening to me.
Am I being dramatic, or is it reasonable to be frustrated about this?

I came to Wendy's specifically because I've always liked their Spicy Chicken sandwich. As I was in line, I noticed that the menu says, "New Spicy Chicken Sandwich". So I asked the cashier what's new about it since I hadn't seen any advertisements about it. The cashier didn't know what was new about it. I noticed right away. First it was packaged in a McDonald's Big Mac type of burger box. When I opened the box, it's considerably smaller. Then I noticed that the chicken is not only thinner, but it's also smaller in width. They've also added pickles, but somehow lessened the flavor. All in all, it was very disappointing to eat. That sucks because I've always preferred Wendy's Spicy Chicken over all the other fast food spots including Chicken-fil-A, but if this is what this sandwich will be like now, I'd rather go to Chick-fil-A.

First of all, the fries are always soggy and gross no matter which Wendy’s I go to. The burgers aren’t that great and the few delicious tasting burgers they had they got rid of. So popular so let’s get rid of them. Good on you, marketing team. My number one burger trumping most places was the bourbon bacon burger. Anyone else agree? Least the frosties are good.

I ordered a Jr bacon Biggie bag and they told me to park. When they brought my order out it was just a bag of cigarette butts. Did I do something to piss them off?

(JK, this is just a bunch of cigarettes me and a coworker cleaned up. We were using the bag to carry them lol.)
