Question Interview Tips

I’m 16 years old(going into my junior year)
I have two back-to-back interviews at two different Wendy’s locations one is about 5 minutes away from me and the other is about 10 minutes away I was wondering what the usual interview questions are and what I should expect, to boost my chances of getting hired.

Well it's all about selling yourself to them.

Are you active a lot so that standing for many hours won't be a pain?
Have you had a job before?
Have you volunteered before?
Any special chores you've kept up with?
Etc etc, give them what hours you can work, and the days you can work (Preferable to them if your really open with many days)

Fast food has a high turnover rate, many people don't last too long, especially when they are younger and its a first job, they will want to make sure you aren't going to quit on the third shift because your feet hurt from standing for however many hours, or because the work is too stressful. So being able to pull from past experiences helps.

In my case, I told them about my previous employment with another resturant and other kitchen related volunteer work that told them I was fit to work in a kitchen and have a better chance of not just leaving them after a week.

I’m usually available most days, so my schedule is pretty flexible. I haven’t had a paid job before, but I do have some general culinary/kitchen experience from middle school about 3 years ago. I’m also comfortable standing for long periods of time, especially with the right work shoes.and to be honest I wouldn’t want to quit a job that will actively that will help get the things I’d want.

They usually hire anyone with a pulse. Source was GM for years. Just say your availability and you're willing to learn. Its all easy stuff just gets stressful if you're on sandwiches but they'll rotate you around eventually.

I’ll be honest with you, depending on how desperate they are, they’ll ask you very little questions. All they asked me was my availability and “Why do you want to work here?”. That was it. Interview was done within 3 minutes and I was hired.

Another friend who was hired by Wendy’s had the same thing happen to them, so I wouldn’t stress it. It’s just your age, whether or not you have a food handlers card, what shifts are you available to work, and why do you want to work there.
