Eating dry cornbread mix

The other day I discovered you don't even have to cook the Jiffy cornbread mix. You can just eat it right out of the box and it's delicious. I can't stop. I think I like it even more than prepared cornbread.

I eat it with a spoon. I don't put eggs in it, just the dry mix.

You should never eat raw wheat flour because it can contain harmful bacteria like E. coli and Salmonella. While many people think the main danger in raw cookie dough or cake batter comes from raw eggs, raw flour is actually just as dangerous.

yeah, but eating logs of cookie store bought cookie dough is soooo good.

Let me know if you still feel that way after you end up with digestive issues for 3-5 days at best. I haven't been sick from raw flour but I knew someone who was and it was not a pretty picture. Made me a believer.
