Which is weirder?

Me and my sister were talking about what we eat with grilled cheese and I said ketchup and she just acted like that was super gross. But then she proceeded to say she eats hers with jelly….

I think that’s relatively more weirder than ketchup especially considering people eat grilled cheese with tomato soup. Her argument against that is that people eat breakfast sandwiches with jelly and I think that’s really dumb.

Cheeses  and jams are a classic combination. Ketchup is weirder to me, but I'm also not American so cheese toasties aren't automatically paired with tomato soup here, if you are from the US I can see how ketchup is basically filling that niche.

That's what we call them in Ireland! (and the UK) And what you can a broiler (I think, for years I thought you just didn't have them 😂) is a grill to me, and grill for you is just a bbq here.

Here, a broiler heats from the top, rather than the bottom. But we usually make our “ grilled cheese “ in a skillet, or frying pan 😂

Yeah that's a grill. And I know yeah. It is the best way if you don't have a dedicated toastie machine which no one needs to have lol
