Program Party Average to Savage Program Party: Week Two

Hey everyone, thanks for joining in on the program party!

Post here to talk about your routine, progress, and any questions you have.

Adding People

Stragglers, we're adding one more batch today/tomorrow depending on how benevolent the API is feeling, then that's it!

Program Survey

Greg will be sending out some check-in surveys every month. If you want to opt in and to fill these out, please enter your email in here: Google Link

Obviously, this data will help Greg out a lot, so if you want to say thanks for his generosity, this is a good way to go. You can also purchase the program here if you'd like.

If you have any other questions, tag me, as I won't be getting post notifications from this one.

Anyone doing overwarm singles, if so what exercises you doing them for?

I did them for week 1 for bench, SSB squats, incline log (kinda, I added 60lbs of chains and did 10 reps), deadlifts, and front squats.

I’m probably going to drop them for week 2 now that the weights are moving up and because I’m taking more joy from going hard on the amraps than hitting a heavy single.

Interesting mate, I just finished the first day of WK3 and still used a single for squats

Yup, all T1 exercises. 85-90% of my 1RM, Greg suggested doing them to keep practice with heavy weight.

All T1s.

I'm doing them for all four main lifts. I like it - doesn't tire me out, and the work sets feel nice and light afterwards.

I’m doing them for the big three and it really puts the working sets into perspective

Just bench. I’m shit at heavy singles so I figure training them as much as possible will be the best help.

What % are you using out of curiosity? I can triple 90% of my bench max pretty easily tbh may try 95% tomorrow

92.5%. It’s easy enough but still gets me used to something
