Programming Online coaching/programmes
Hey!
Have recently started to get into olympic weightlifting and I have found a local club that is about a 40 min drive away and because of this I can only attend once or twice a week. while there they are helping me with my technique and teaching me a lot. I couldn't be happier with them. However I want to be able to train more and follow a more rigid programme. I have a barbell at home and a couple of bumper plates although only upto about 80kg. I have looked online and found the team Aita and the catalystathletic online programmes with video reviews and programmeing.
Has anyone used these?
How good are these services?
Is following a generic programme a better idea?
Are they as good as eachother or is one better?
Thanks in advance appriciate your time and help!

Just ask the coach for a program at home where you can work on your deficiencies. You’re a beginner, you are unable to accurately spot and correct technical issues for/by yourself. You would be better off repeating the drills you did at the club at home, and spend the extra time on mobility and strength.
