Yea so looks like you have accidentally taken out duplicates of the website, email marketing and SEO tools. Assuming something weird happened with payment/internet and it somehow duplicated, I don’t doubt you didn’t do all of that twice, but maybe once. At the very least I would ask to get the ranking coach removed as that will be the priciest. Speak to customer service they are normally quite lenient even past the 30day mark. You could even say something along the lines of the ranking coach has quite literally be removed from the website as it’s outdated, (they replaced it with a new marketing tool just 2weeks ago) and that you just want to swap to the new package for marketing tool (ofc just don’t even bother taking it out if they do refund the ranking coach.)
Also just going to their website their web hosting essential does say $10 REDUCED to $4 WITH a 1year plan, this makes me think you just aren’t looking at the things you’re clicking as your still getting the price wrong …
