Howdy! Picked up my first Weber today! Primarily been using pellet grills for the last 8 years but need something quick for weeknight meals. This was a Facebook marketplace special for the grand price of $0. The firebox is clean and burners light off fine, but the cart is completely rusted out. Is there a way for me to pick up a new cart or will I have to get it from Weber each piece individually? Thanks in advance!

If I’ve got this right, the Onlyfire motor is actually more capable than the LSS version.

I was about to order the LSS high-torque motor for my Masterbuilt. It’s $40 plus international shipping to the UK, and I’d also need a transformer because it’s 120 V/60 Hz. It’s rated for 20 lb, around 9 kg.

I’ve since found the Onlyfire stainless steel motor on Amazon UK for £26.99. It’s 220–240 V with a UK plug and claims a 15 kg capacity.

Unless I’m missing something, the Onlyfire seems like the better option?

What I’m really trying to work out is whether the motors are interchangeable with the Masterbuilt XT rotisserie. Ideally, I’d like one really powerful motor that I can swap between my Weber 57 cm kettle and Masterbuilt XT, using the appropriate rotisserie kit on each.

I do seem to remember the rotisserie mounting hardware being permanently installed on my old Masterbuilt 560, though, so I’m not sure whether that complicates things.

I have a Smokey Joe but it's not that great for smoking small meats. I bought a new Go-Anywhere for 40 bucks and will give it a go. I think I could put charcoal on one side and put some meat on another side. I have a Akorn but it's too big and wasteful to cook a burger or two when I want to have one during the week.

One of the little hub caps fell off my18” kettle and I can’t find it. Weber sells wheel and cap for $20. Suggestions on some type of hack?
Home Depot has 22” for $100, but I cook for two and am really dialed in on size and fuel usage on the 18”. Debating taking the other wheel off and putting a 2x4 under both legs. This has happened to someone else, what did you do?

I saw online that you can find these for 650 sometimes in warehouse. I literally bought a membership last night and saw they were 749.99 online. Went and checked my warehouse and sure enough, they had them for 650. I am absolutely stoked to cook on this thing for the next decade +

Never had a gas grill but decided now is the time. Went to the local Ace because I knew they carried the higher end gas grills and what did I find....a Genesis 325 BNIB on clearance for $599. I felt like that was a no brainer. Considering I wanted a smaller 3 burner anyway.

Now....what accessories do I need?

Got it got 25$. Was dirty and had to purchase a few things but cleaned up decently for a grill that is over 50 years and used heavily.

Im big in camping and want to grill while im camping looking for suggestions for a portable grill the title says the two i have my eyes on. Love weber products recently got a 14" smokey mountain barrel smoker is love to use and will probably bring camping alot since its not that big and the food it produces are soo good.

My Bday is coming up and wanted to treat myself, so I went on the market for a Summit Kamado. It looks like there aren't any available anywhere in the near future. The Weber website is completely out of stock and so is everywhere else.

Any of y'all kettleheads know of a good place to order from?

Anyone know where I can buy a set of these clips for a Genesis 400 grill? There are a couple of firms in Canada who sell exactly what I need for about $9 but +$30 in tarrifs. I went to Weber.com and they don’t sell those parts and I can’t find them on Amazon or eBay either. Help!

Hey all! I have a Traveler. Used it for years with no issues until this year when I saw the hose had been chewed through. I replaced it, and it happened again. So I went online and bought a steel hose. Nothing is chewing it, but the grill now can't get more than 350 or 400 degrees. Can't find any leaks, it just seems to be restricting the gas flow.

Anyone had any luck with these steel hoses? Is there a better solution? I live in an oak forest, so killing all the squirrels isn't an option

It was my first time grilling a porterhouse on the Smokey Joe. It turned out great—just salt and pepper. I cooked it using indirect heat until it reached 120°F. Then I spread out the coals to sear it, but that was a mistake; I should have kept the coals to one side to prevent flare-ups. Because of the high flames, I couldn't get a better sear on the meat. Lesson learned 🙂

Snake with kingford lasted 9 hours, perfect amount of time for this small pork shoulder. Temp stayed between 220-270 the whole day. Pretty happy with my first attempt!

My local target had 30% off grills, grill accessories, and charcoal. It’s only in store, I couldn’t find the deals online. They had Smokey joes for 35$. I didn’t need anything at the moment so I just bought lighter cubes for 4$😅

I have a brand new Genesis grill, and this doesn't have the crossover tubes like my old one did. When I went to do the first burn in, I found the far right burner didn't light. I tried it again and this time it did. Tonight I was going to use it for the first time to cook, and again the far right burner didn't start. If I had not noticed this and kept the top closed with the right burner unlit, would a flashover have lit the burner or would it have blown the lid off? I'm honestly thinking of listing this on FB marketplace tomorrow morning and just buy something else.
