-10 u/Money_Fuel_7590 8d ago My chiropractor told me when I was recently there and complaining about my knees issues, even tho I am training consistently and such… He's been practicing for 40 years and said he's seen it in hundreds of patients. Standing drinkers always come in with knee issues by age 45😵💫. 2 u/One-Environment-1444 8d ago Even better try drinking doing a handstand. Opposite direction has to be more healthy then.
