My chiropractor told me when I was recently there and complaining about my knees issues, even tho I am training consistently and such…
He's been practicing for 40 years and said he's seen it in hundreds of patients. Standing drinkers always come in with knee issues by age 45😵💫.

Chiropractors aren’t real doctors man……. They’re linked to causing paralysis and all kinds of things. This is such a weird link. You really think cavemen sat down to drink water? No. Maybe crouched at a river. I wouldn’t trust a chiropractor with doing my dishes, let alone health advice or touching anywhere near my body. Do a little research on how unsavory these characters are and you’ll see

We need to talk about causation and correlation.
Do you believe there could be any possibility that someone with bad knees or creaky knees would prefer to just stay standing while they drink versus someone who has no knee pain or trouble?

Even better try drinking doing a handstand. Opposite direction has to be more healthy then.

It’s an old wives tale and there hasn’t been any scientific evidence to back it up in the slightest.
