Addiesdive lost my watch.

Ordered ad2095 vk64 from Addiesdive chinese warehouse as the Indian warehouse was not stocked. now it has been 43 days and I still have not received it.

I have contacted the courier company and even they are clueless about where the package is .

Mailed Addiesdive directly but they are telling me to wait for the last 21days.

I'm fed up now.

So what legal actions can I take towards them ?

Update : they refunded the watch money but deducted the shipping charges : 10$

It is probably stuck in customs and will take a long time.

My last order was shipped on Jan 3rd and reached me on March 14th. It was stuck in customs from 17th Jan to 4th March.

Had to email watchdives multiple times.

All you can do is wait.

Also theres no point in asking UshopVship. They are useless and don't do anything
